I am having a great experience in this community. I feel safe, and the community environment is very family oriented. The community is also very diverse. I like the staff because they make sure work-orders are always completed in a timely matter.

I’ve been at this property for over 10 years and hands down my current team is amazing! The Property Manager Jorge is 10 stars, forget 5! There hasn’t been a time where he hasn’t gone above and beyond to help remedy any issues I have had. Honestly there hasn’t been many. But he is definitely the glue that keeps this ship running.

I love the payment portal which allows me to set my rent up for auto pay and then I forget about it. I never have to worry about being late! I love the two pools, the workout room and the trail for exercise. I'll live in Glen Park until I purchase a home. There's no reason to move anyplace else!

I’ve lived here for years and have noticed a vast improvement since Jorge Toro and his staff began managing the property. The pool, the gym, the grounds, and playground have all been improved! The staff is kind, and maintenance problems are always fixed in a timely manner!

The staff is incredible, especially Rose— who was always extremely helpful, very responsive, and kind in all of our interactions with her. I’d definitely work with her if you’re thinking about renting. I would recommend a 3rd floor apartment :) The apartments are very spacious, come with a washer and dryer, and a nice deck area. We loved living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new place!
